Upon receipt, we try to address it within fourteen (14) days although depending on the complexity, we might need more time to process and notify you of consequences, including legal implications. While we respect your decision, be aware that, depending on the request's nature, we may be unable to continue providing goods or services, and we'll notify you accordingly. Cancelling withdrawal must be communicated in writing as mentioned. Withdrawal doesn't affect our right to collect, use, and disclose personal data permitted or required by applicable laws.

8. Notice of Breach:

In the event of a breach of unsecured PHI, we will notify affected individuals, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and/or, in some cases, the media, as required by law.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of sixteen, and Adravision is not knowingly gathering personal information from individuals under sixteen years old. If you become aware of, or suspect, someone under the age of 16 is using Adravision Service without authorization, kindly inform us promptly through our contact details.
